I matched into Family medicine.

Dear Dr. Wadehra. I took your services in 2018. Thanks for your guidance I matched into Family Medicine at UCONN last year. I now have to write and pass the Usmle step 3 exam. Due to my busy rotations I will get very less time for self study. So please guide me what should I do and if there are any one on one or group sessions for step 3. I may not be able to take your services regularly because I have just few weeks time. So anything you can do in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I got 239 in step 1

Dr. Divesh I got 239 in step 1. I joined few one on one sessions with Dr. Divesh. Then I shifted to his group sessions. I liked his method of teaching especially the way he practices questions after each topic. The things stick in your mind like this. We practiced more than 3000 questions in his sessions. I used his notes, Uworld and first aid. Gave nbme 18 two months before the exam. Got 240. Due to some family issues the exam got delayed. But thank God I got a decent score.

I joined Dr Divesh’s classes in August last year. I had to apply for match so I joined his 30 day course. I earlier already had two attempts in step 2 CK. My step 1 score was 225. I gave the exam in Haste as I had to apply for match in September. The result came and I failed again. I was devastated and didn’t know what to do. My nbme 8 score was 245, my UWSA 2 score was 231 and the result was 208. I didn’t know what happened. I joined the group sessions for step 2 again. I followed the Five rules which Dr Divesh always mentions in his lectures. I became more regular and practiced also lot of questions and revised everything for atleast five times. I have the exam in June and the results came in July 2019. I Finally I passed with 221. Didn’t write any nbme again but practiced lot of questions. Finally a very very big relief. I gave my exam in April. I joined Dr DIVESH’s group sessions from December last year. He is very good in solving questions. He teaches medicine just like mathematics so it helped clarify all my concepts. So he is the best Usmle tutor especially for step 2 CK and step 3. His Usmle step 2 CK classes were very good. Main strong point regarding his classes is he practices lot of questions. My score was low in step 1 and I was losing my confidence since I am an img and match is getting difficult every year. But after joining Dr. DIVESH’s classes I regained my confidence. I practiced lot of questions including Uworld, Kaplan Q bank and also questions practiced by dr DIVESH in his classes. I finally passed my Step 3 with 212.

I am a psychiatry resident and gave my step 3 multiple times but things changed entirely after I joined Dr DIVESH’s classes. I joined his one on one sessions. He was nice enough to adjust me in his step 2 CK classes too. I revised his notes multiple times. Practiced ccs a lot in his sessions. But the main thing is practicing lot of questions in his sessions. The questions were much better than other Q banks and the real exam looked simple as compared to my previous attempts. I passed my step 2 CK.

I gave my exam in May 2019 and the results were out in June. I got 210 in the exam. I know I just managed to pass but I attended the classes intermittently and didn’t have time to go our the notes multiple times as I was doing a full time job. I already had three attempts and was highly frustrated. I almost lost hope and was thinking of joining PhD or something else. But Dr DIVESH gave me hope and various concepts started making sense after joining his classes. So I will suggest to every student that revise the notes at least four times and do practice lot of questions. Uworld is good but not sufficient. You want complete knowledge so after joining dr DIVESH’s classes I got complete knowledge of concepts. He covers every topic in detail and then practices lot of questions related to that topic. So that makes much of difference and this thing separates him from other tutors. I recommend his classes to anyone preparing for step 2. I wish I got time to revise notes and practice more questions so my score could have jumped further.

I passed my Comp exam after multiple attempts and then my Step 1

I joined Dr DIVESH’s one on one sessions for step 1 starting from February this year. I gave the exam in May this year. He gave his own notes and he correlated every topic with first aid step 1 which made the main difference. He practiced lot of questions including nbme questions after doing the topic from first aid. He has thousands of slides to make concepts clear. I revised his notes multiple times as suggested by him. After attending his classes I find first aid very simple and interesting which was earlier very boring and frustrating. I finally got 236 in step 1. I scored 266 in usmle step 2 CK

I joined Dr DIVESH’s classes from india in the month of November and I gave my exam in February. My assessment score was just around 210 when I joined his classes. He discusses every point in great details and after every topic he goes through questions and answer sessions related to that topic. This helps a lot to understand the topic because you know what are the important points like the best next step the D/d and also the diagnostic criteria of each topic. I had to give exam In October 2018 but I had some breaks in my preparation as I went to India so The exam got delayed. I got 241 in usmle step 1

I got 241 in USMLE step 1. Thanks Dr. DIVESH. I had to prepare for my comp exam and also step 1. I joined group and one on one sessions with Dr. DIVESH. I was very weak in physiology pharmacology biochemistry and biostat. But the sessions were very helpful. He correlated everything with first aid for step 1 and his notes covered almost everything. So I didn’t have to read too many books. I did notes first aid, Uworld questions. I revised everything four to five times as advised by Dr. DIVESH. He practiced around 2000 questions in his sessions including NBME questions. I gave NBME 18 and got 252 in it and was very confident when I sat for step 1. Thanks for the help Dr. DIVESH. I got 227 in USMLE step 3.

I am concentrating on my interviews now. We practiced lot of questions on biostat and we did ccs from 100 ccs cases. Questions done by Dr. Divesh were much more comprehensive and difficult as compared to Uworld. I gave total two months for my overall preparation. I had left 25 questions unattended on the first day which included advertisement questions. Also in many questions I was guessing since the questions were long and dicey and contained lot of irrelevant things. Also many questions were asked from step 1 so I revised first aid for step 1 especially mechanism of action of drugs and receptors. So in nutshell I will say that ccs, biostatistics, ethics and step 1 first aid is key.

I had two attempts in usmle step 2 CK

I had two attempts in USMLE step 2 CK and this was the last chance given by my medical school. I got 219 in step 2 CK. I joined both group and one on one sessions with Dr DIVESH. His notes were of great help and I revised them at least three times. I gave nbme 8 and got 235 in it two days before my exam. I was very terrified on exam day and was not sure how my exam went. Dr DIVESH I got 221 in USMLE step 3

I attended one on one sessions with Dr DIVESH. He practiced lot of Ccs cases including Uworld and even 100 ccs cases. His ethics and biostat questions were of great help since on day one most of the questions are from biostat and ethics. He practiced around 1000 questions which were difficult than Uworld. I got 226 in Usmle step 3. Thanks dr DIVESH. I failed nbme 4 one month before the exam. But then joined one on one sessions with Dr. Divesh. He put lot of emphasis on biostat and ethics and ccs which form almost 50 percent of the exam. So I was pretty confident on exam day as to what I am doing. I got 228 in USMLE Step 1. Dr Divesh’s sessions were of immense help for the time and money spent. I passed with a score of 228. I was doing research job to cover the expenses and to get good LORs. I had a very busy schedule when I joined Dr. DIVESH’s classes. I was doing my rotations, had to clear my shelf exam and we had a baby also. Thanks for all the assistance. I really appreciate it. I was referred to USMLEGLOBAL by Ximedus. I was looking for a good Step 2 CK course and I found Dr Divesh’s classes very helpful. He covers every topic in great details and practices lot of questions on that topic then which helps a lot. He will not move until the concepts are clear. This approach I liked the most. In other courses they just have theory which is given everywhere but what really matters in this exam is practicing questions. Read his notes and you will find major Q banks very simple. He will be practicing around 2500- 3000 questions in his classes and these questions are different from UW and Kaplan. You can also practice around 1000 questions given on his website also so that makes lot of difference.

I was initially not at all confident to give this exam. I was not even confident in simple concepts. My family was losing hope in me and I had kids also so it was simply too much for me. I was at the verge of quitting when I started attending usmleglobal. Through recurrent revisions I was able to understand the syllabus. I had to do at least five revisions before going for the exam. I scored 220 in usmle step 2 CK

I joined Dr DIVESH’s sessions in the month of December. I was scoring very poorly in assessment tests and it was just 185 in various nbme tests I gave. But once I joined his classes my score jumped to 228 in assessment tests. I scored 228 in nbme8 and 225 in uwsa2. My score in step 2 CK was 220. I Scored 224 in USMLE Step 2

I was referred to Dr. Divesh’s classes by Dr. Jacob of USMLE step 2 . I joined his one on one sessions for one month as I was short of time. The classes were of great benefit as he first taught the concept and then practiced lot of questions related to that topic. The approach basically helps the student as in the exam they ask questions and don’t forget it’s a nine hour exam. Theory is present everywhere there are lot of books and concepts available in market but it’s the questions which make the bigger difference. It was this approach taken by Dr. Divesh which I liked very much. His notes were to the point so I didn’t need to read too many books. His online Q-bank also helped me lot as there were lot of difficult questions with EKG, scans, MRI. I got 228 in NBME just before the exam and then I appeared for the exam. I Scored 244 in USMLE Step 2 CK

I am a gynaecologist from Lady hardinge hospital in New Delhi. I had a very busy schedule and had to take care of the kids too. I joined Dr. Divesh’s Step 2 classes about two years back but because of my family responsibilities could not give the exam earlier. So I had lot of breaks in my exam preparation and finally gave the exam last month and the results were out this week and I got 244. I take this opportunity to thank Dr. Divesh for his guidance and support throughout my Step 2 CK preparation. Dr. Divesh is a teacher who actually cares whether his students have understood the topic, and that is what I liked most about his course. To anyone struggling with Step 2 CK, I would recommend his classes. Because of his tutoring I got 240.

If you want to ace Step 2 CK, slacking off and winging it simply won’t get you your target score. You need to study up and be prepared. I joined Dr. Divesh’s group sessions in October, 2016 after contemplating whether I’d be able to benefit more from a learning group or if I will thrive more in a one-on-one setting. I ended up choosing a group class, thinking it would be much more stimulating. True enough, the sessions encouraged healthy interaction and opportunities to pick the brains of other reviewers. Dr. Divesh is someone who authentically cares about students. He always made sure that we all truly understood the lessons—a mark of a real mentor. More than the topnotch material used, this is what I liked about his course. What you need to score well in Step 2 CK is good guidance and support—and you will definitely get that from Dr. Divesh.

I scored a 205 in my NBME 3, which I took about a month from the exam and gave the UWSA, in which I scored 248. I relied mainly on UW for the questions along with those practiced by Dr. Divesh in our classes. I didn’t have much time to read up on theory, but Dr. Divesh’s notes sufficed and helped me through some of the most difficult parts of the exam.

If you are struggling with your Step 2 CK preparations, Dr. Divesh’s USMLE Global classes are highly recommended. Like what Dr. Divesh always says, acing the USMLE exams is all about smart preparation. I joined USMLE GLOBAL’s group sessions in May of 2016 and was more than ready for my exam in December. Had I jumped into Dr. Divesh’s tutoring course sooner, I would have been good to go at an earlier time, but all has been well and I am now enjoying the fruits of a 258 score. If you have high aspirations about residency, I suggest you bulk up your exam muscles and find a good program that works for you as early as now.

I believe the strength of USMLE Global’s program is the fact that it is based on actual experience—unlike other review programs that only repeat concepts you’ve already learned (which does very little to help you retain information). During my course with Dr. Divesh, I practiced a lot of UW. But what helped me a great deal were his personal notes, which are truly the best study materials you could ever ask for. He practiced at least 1,600 questions throughout our tutoring sessions and periodically tested my progress through mock exams. This gave me a glimpse of the real thing.

Group classes were never boring, thanks to stimulating visuals that immensely helped me understand and retain concepts better. Dr. Divesh’s sessions were never void of peer interaction, which is great if you thrive in a learning community just like I do.
